NOTES:
• This agreement is for boat storage and will service as notice of Michigan Marina and Boatyard Storage Lien Act PA 362 of 1998.

• Indoor heated storage does not require that the boat be winterized.

• We ask for two weeks’ notice to have a boat launched or hauled out of the water on a specified date.

• Service invoices are due upon receipt. Winter storage will be billed on the first of each year. Summer storage will be billed if a boat has not been launched by August 15th.

• Storage is at the risk of the boat owner. Mertaugh Boat Works strongly recommends that the boat owner carries his own insurance. It is recommended that all valuables be removed from the boat during storage.

• Outside contractors will not be allowed to work on storage boats on the premises. Boat owners are allowed access to boats for work if they have made prior arrangements with the service manager, but are required to supply their own tools and equipment.
